"Chi Kung serves an urgent public need, particularly in overcoming illness and enhancing the quality of life."

— Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit

Sifu Wong, born in 1944, started his life-long training in the Shaolin arts in 1954. He has taught kungfu and Chi Kung for more than twenty five years, to more than twenty organizations. Since 1987 Sifu Wong has spent more time on teaching Chi Kung because according to him, Chi Kung serves an urgent public need, particularly in overcoming degenerative and psychiatric illness.

Sifu Wong is one of the few masters, who have generously introduced the once secretive Shaolin Chi Kung to the public, and has helped literally hundreds of people to be relieved of their diseases like hypertension, asthma, rheumatism, arthritis, diabetics, migraine, gastritis, gall stones, kidney failure, depression, anxiety and even cancer. Now he has devoted more time on writing and teaching overseas, having successfully taught in Europe,  Asia, the United States, Canada, South America and Australia. He stresses the Shaolin philosophy of sharing goodness with all humanity, and is dedicated to spreading the wonders and benefits of the Shaolin arts to more people irrespective of race, culture and religion.

Twin Dragon Gardens

Whether you're a first time visitor to China, or a seasonal expat, this will be a "dream comes true" journey. For most of the trip, we will be traveling in Zengcheng, a Guangzhou district located at the suburb.

The reasons we choose Zengcheng are:

  • Great air quality free from industrial pollution

  • Less populated, quiet, and peaceful town

  • Great cultural heritage

  • Organic Food and great cuisine

  • No Traffic and easy transportation (40 mins away from Downtown Guangzhou)

  • Abundant natural resources: Twin Dragon Gardens, Baishuizai Waterfall, hot spring, hotels etc.

Check out more highlights of this trip:

The biggest highlight of this trip is that you will be practicing Kungfu and Chi-Kung with Sifu Wong at Twin Dragon Gardens, one of the most beautiful gardens in China.

Twin Dragon has a total area of 163 acres, and consists of two theme gardens, East Village and West Village. Chinese Black Olive Festival

The annual Chinese Black Olive Festival is going to be celebrated at Twin Dragon Gardens! Join the local farmers and tourists, participate in different kinds of games and activities, learn how to cook with Chinese Black Olive, and see how artists transform olive seeds into beautiful sculptures.

Canarium pimela 乌榄 (Black Olives) is an endangered species of the olive family, and it's an important ingredient for some Cantonese cuisine for hundreds of years. It's going to be a great opportunity to learn this interesting Chinese culture that won't teach on textbook.

Experience Zengcheng

Zengcheng is the home to many things, such as:

  • Lychee, The Queen of Fruit

  • He Xiangu, one of the Eight Immortals in the Taoist pantheon

  • Twin Dragon Gardens

  • Baishuizhai, the tallest waterfall in Asia

  • Hot spring

  • A mix of Hakka and Cantonese culture
